Have a group meeting to appraise all of your progress so far on the research. Assign tasks to your group for completion.

Task (50 mins)

Go though the paper and look at the task and what Sam wants

Work together to produce a design specification for the system. Include

• An overview of Sam's business idea
  • Include the purpose and target audience
• A list of the sheets you will include
  • Details of the data on each sheet
• Timescales for completing the project
• Safe & responsible working practices
• A summary paragraph outlining how your solution will work as one seamless system
